Ryan Shumaker has been named President of Wojcik Builders. Shumaker will transition into the role WBI owner Nick Childs has held since purchasing the company on 2008.
Childs will now serve as CEO for the Oakwood Village company that specializes in high-quality, innovative commercial construction management and contracting services.
Shumaker brings more than a decade of construction management experience to the position. He has served as the senior project manager at WBI since joining the company in 2015.
A University of Toledo graduate, Shumaker has worked on multiple big ticket projects during his tenure at WBI including Xellia Pharmaceuticals, Saybrook Memory Care Facility and Jo-Ann Fabrics.
