Ryan Shumaker
President/Owner

Ryan Shumaker brings a wealth of construction management experience to WBI and its clients. Shumaker joined WBI in 2015 as a senior project manager and was promoted to his current position as president in 2017. In 2024, Shumaker became a partner and owner at Wojcik Builders Inc. with Nick Childs. A graduate of The University of Toledo, Shumaker has worked on multiple high-profile projects for a diverse range of clients. Shumaker and his wife, Angela, have two children, Eliana and Mason. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Andrew Ball
Chief Estimator

Andrew Ball joined Wojcik Builders in 2023 with more than 15 years of construction management and estimating experience in commercial general contracting and interiors. As chief estimator, Ball leads the construction estimating department, overseeing the development of accurate, competitive bids, budgets and cost analyses. When not in the office, Ball enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their two dogs.

Tim Skala
Project Manager

Tim Skala joined Wojcik Builders as an estimator in 2014 with more than 20 years of design and manufacturing experience in the architectural sign and graphics field. In his current role as WBI vice president and project manager, Skala works closely with clients to set schedules, monitor budgets and ensure a hassle-free process. He is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in industrial design. When not in the office, Skala enjoys the outdoors, fishing, boating and spending time with his wife, Lori, and their two children.

Annah Janouskovec
Accounts Payable | HR & Payroll

Annah Janouskovec began her career at Wojcik Builders as an intern while studying architecture at Bowling Green State University in 2015. She became office coordinator in 2016 and, during her decade with WBI, has gained experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable. She currently oversees both sides of the accounting department and manages HR and payroll duties. Janouskovec is a notary for the state of Ohio and also works as a dance instructor. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, as well as dancing and reading.
