The General Trades Package for the approximately 12,000 sq. ft. two story office expansion included select demo, exterior cold-formed metal framing, EFIS and cornice work, stone veneer, interior metal stud framing and gypsum wallboard, exterior canopies, exterior aluminum windows, doors and curtain walls, HM, wood and FRP doors and frames, hardware and glazing, acoustical tile ceiling, casework, epoxy thinset terrazzo flooring, general painting, vinyl wall covering, porcelain (ceramic) tile, toilet partitions and accessories, FE/FEC, lockers, benches and housekeeping pads, room and door signage install (only), walk-off mat.
