Project Overview

Wojcik Builders completed the interior construction for this 8,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art preschool, delivering high-quality finishes designed to create a safe, functional and welcoming learning environment. The project also included construction of an outdoor classroom to support hands-on educational experiences.

Scope of Work

Wojcik Builders self-performed the interior build-out, including steel stud framing, insulation, drywall installation and finishing, doors and hardware, and acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) systems. The exterior scope included construction of the outdoor classroom with concrete curbs, decorative fencing, guardrails, concrete bollards, and a wood-clad trash enclosure, creating an engaging outdoor space for students and staff.
