Wojcik Builders was the general contractor and construction manager for 12,000 sq. ft. roof replacement including a 5,000 sq. ft. complete deck replacement. Renovation of the 5,000 sq. ft. of shop floor Including demolition of existing mechanicals, electrical, and finishes. Structural steel reinforcement, new RTU and mechanicals, lighting and electrical, paint and floor finishes. Wojcik was in control of budget management, contractor safety, site logistics, scheduling, and quality control.
