Project Overview
Wojcik Builders served as the general contractor for this 14,400-square-foot commercial facility, managing all trades while self-performing the complete interior build-out. The project required full site development through final interior finishes, with careful coordination across civil, structural, and MEP scopes to keep the schedule moving efficiently.
Scope of Work
Work began with site clearing, surveying, SWPP implementation, and full site preparation, including building pad construction and foundation installation. The exterior scope included erection of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), installation of exterior windows, man doors and overhead doors, and construction of exterior concrete curbs and pavement.
Inside, Wojcik Builders self-performed the interior build-out, including metal stud framing, hollow metal frames and slabs, drywall hanging and finishing, acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) systems, painting, flooring, and millwork. The project also included all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with new storm and sanitary infrastructure and new electrical, water, and natural gas services.
Project Status
Substantial completion is scheduled for April 2026.
