Project Description:

A 8300 S.F. interiors project where WBI self-performed the exterior framing, plywood and Zip Panel on the exterior.

The interior included metal stud framing, drywall suspension grid for ceilings, inwall fire rated blocking, insulation, drywall,  ACT ceilings, stainless steel wall panels and FRP in the kitchen, Acoustic panels in all open ceiling areas and acoustic baffles in the Main Bar. WBI was also asked to install ‘owner items and décor’ at the end of the project.
