Client/Project Location: ServiceMaster, Akron, Ohio

Project Specifics: Approximately 3,600 sq. ft. of interior tenant improvement on an existing warehouse space. WBI served as General Contractor for the project focused on plumbing, electrical and HVAC upgrades. Interior Division – General Trades Package. The interior buildout consisted of six new offices, open office area, break room and training center.
