Project Description:

A mixed-use interiors project where WBI self-performed the exterior framing and dense glass on the first floor. This included framing for the second-floor porches and handrail blocking.

On the  interior, WBI performed metal stud framing, drywall suspension grid for first floor suite ceilings, inwall fire rated blocking, 5 levels of compressible fire seals at exterior doors that lead to the attached parking garage, custom acoustic ceiling panels in the first floor amenity space, FRP on walls in trash rooms on 6 levels.
