YTL International – Wojcik Builders
Wojcik Builders renovated office space within a more than 70-year-old warehouse, transforming an outdated area into a modern, comfortable workspace for YTL International. The project included renovation of three existing offices and, following its successful completion, an additional build-out of a new shipping office to better support daily operations.
Scope of Work
Wojcik Builders managed the interior, electrical, and HVAC trades while overseeing the renovation of the existing office suite. The project included complete ceiling and wall renovations, new electrical circuits, switches, lighting, and data infrastructure to support four employees and two supervisors. A single-compressor, three-zone mini-split HVAC system was installed, providing independent temperature control for each office.
Based on the success of the initial renovation, Wojcik Builders was selected to complete a second phase that included construction of a new shipping office. The build-out featured steel stud framing, insulation, drywall installation and finishing, acoustical ceilin
g tile (ACT) systems, a service counter with a sliding window for incoming drivers, new electrical circuits, lighting, exit signage, a doorbell system, and a dedicated heating and cooling mini-split unit. The project also included cutting a new man door into the existing concrete block exterior wall, providing direct access between the shipping office and warehouse.
