Wojcik Builders completed a 22,917-square-foot interior build-out for the new Nordstrom Rack in North Canton. The project transformed the space into a modern, functional retail environment designed to support the national retailer’s operations and customer experience.
The Wojcik Builders team self-performed the interior build-out, helping maintain control over quality, scheduling and coordination throughout construction. The scope of work included:
- Metal stud framing
- Fire-rated in-wall backing
- Drywall hanging and finishing
- Acoustical ceiling tile systems
- Doors and hardware
- Restroom partitions and accessories
